Air Only Blows Out Of Floor

The factory vacuum check valve is very hard to get to.

Air only blows out of floor.

Which part controls the vents in which the air flows. I have installed a new blend door actuator at the passenger side and realized after the fact that wouldn t have helped my issue. Thank you so much. It does blow cold just cant get it out vents.

As stated in the title i am only getting air blowing out of the defrost and floor vents but not the ones in the dash. Air conditioning problem six cylinder front wheel drive automatic 113 000 miles. My a c blows out dash defrost and floor only. No air from floor vents or defroster vents only front vents.

I know there is often a faulty check valve on the vacuum line but are. I just started i checked the air vac answered by a verified jeep mechanic. My question is this. It works this way in both the manual and automatic modes.

The air only blows out the defrost and floor not the face vents. I get good heat and air conditioning from my front vents but when i select floor or defrost vents the air still only blows from front vents. After installing a new blower fan motor the ac would only come out the defrost vents. My air conditioning is blowing cold air but it directs the flow to the windshield and floor and not from the vents in the dash. Also how do i respond on post to say thanks to all that give info.

So i bypassed it. Often this is experienced after replacement of the battery. Like grumpy and others who gave suggestions on exhaust.
